Pressured for same-sex marriage, 15-year-old school girl dies by suicide
A 15-year-old Class 10 student died by suicide at her home on Rahon Road on October 31. Her family has alleged that a 25-year-old woman pressured her for a same-sex marriage through Instagram. The girl's father reported that this pressure caused severe mental stress for his daughter. Police have registered a case against the accused, who has been arrested as part of the ongoing investigation.
