Parents accused of torturing, killing and abandoning child to stand trial, three decades later
Halima El Bakhti and Ahmed Touloub are appearing before a criminal court in the Loire Valley from Monday, charged with acts of torture and barbarity against their daughter Inass, age 4, whose body was found on August 11, 1987. The child was not identified until 2017, thanks to a sibling's DNA.
