The Philadelphia Eagles endured their sixth consecutive loss, extending their losing streak to six games, following a 27-10 defeat against the Washington Commanders. Head coach Nick Sirianni acknowledged the team's shortcomings, bearing responsibility for the poor performance. Despite acknowledging the need for better attention to detail and a change in approach, NFL fans expressed little sympathy for Sirianni's explanation.
Philadelphia started the season with two consecutive wins but has since suffered six straight defeats, falling to 2-6. Fans on social media questioned Sirianni's ability to lead the team through its struggles, with several suggesting he should step down.
