Mumbai: Special NIA Court Rejects Sachin Waze's Plea Seeking Station And Case Diaries In Antilia Bomb Scare Probe

Mumbai, November 02, 2026: The special NIA court rejected applications filed by former cop Sachin Waze seeking directions to the prosecution for submitting the station diary and case diary used during the Antilia bomb scare investigation. Waze argued that the court should review these documents if any doubt arose about the investigation's legitimacy or the Investigating Officer's conduct, stating it was an honest effort for a fair decision.

The NIA opposed Waze's plea, arguing that the investigation was ongoing and these diaries could not be submitted at this stage. The court agreed with the NIA, stating that the diaries could not be called for at this point, but noted that they could potentially be presented later if necessary.
