A full refund is available for those who cancel by August 7, 2026, but after this date, tickets cannot be refunded. Attendees must ensure that the name on their printed badge matches their government-issued photo ID, and any changes to the information on the ticket must be made through an email link sent upon confirmation. Lost badges will incur a $45 reprint fee, and all tickets are non-transferable.

The summit allows only one ticket exchange per purchase, with subsequent changes not possible. Each badge is linked to one individual, and the individual must present their ID during registration and at the conference.
