A Florida man preparing to sell his home, which he estimates is worth $500,000, discovered a disputed quitclaim deed listing $10 in consideration and allegedly affecting his ownership stake. His former wife, Sharon Joy Barnett, faces a first-degree felony identity-fraud charge. The former couple purchased the Margate property for approximately $265,000 in 2006.
