Early Black Friday robot vacuum deal: The self-emptying Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 is $250 off

The Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 Robot Vacuum and Mop is currently discounted to $499.98 on Amazon, marking a 33% reduction from its regular price of $749.99. This self-cleaning bot offers powerful 25,000Pa suction and an extendable mop, capable of tackling pet hair, tracked-in dirt, and fine dust from both carpets and hard floors.

Distinguishing itself from other round robots, the Dreame L40 features a side brush and mop pad that extends to clean along walls and baseboards – areas often neglected by conventional vacuums. When switching from tiles to carpet, the vacuum autonomously lifts its mop pads by 10.5mm, maintaining dry floors while activating a deeper carpet-cleaning mode.

To prevent accidental entanglements with daily household items, the Dreame L40 utilizes Smart Pathfinder mapping and advanced 3DAdapt obstacle avoidance. This technology helps the bot steer clear of shoes, pet toys, and charging cables without the need for pre-cleaning the room.

The unit's self-cleaning dock automatically empties the dustbin, scrubs the dirty pads, and recharges the 5,200mAh battery, providing up to 231 minutes of runtime for comprehensive cleaning sessions in larger homes. Users can initiate cleaning cycles with voice assistants like Alexa, Siri, or Google Home, schedule tasks via the accompanying app, or even schedule charging during low-cost electricity periods to optimize utility costs.
