Blue Jays predicted to sign $25M ex-Yankees frontline arm to create nasty duo with Dylan Cease
The Toronto Blue Jays are going to use the 2027 season as a redemption arc. It all starts with the offseason and they are in line to make a run at one of the best arms on the market.
The Toronto Blue Jays are reportedly set to sign right-handed pitcher Michael King, a 32-year-old veteran from the San Diego Padres, in a deal valued at $25 million. King's addition would create a formidable duo with Blue Jays' ace Dylan Cease when both are healthy. The signing occurs as the Blue Jays look to bolster their starting rotation, which has been plagued by injuries in recent seasons.
