Yari Upbeat about Tinubu’s Victory in 2027, Says APC Will Convince Nigerians to Re-elect President

Senator Abdulaziz Yari, Director-General of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC), expressed confidence that Nigerians would support President Bola Tinubu for a second term in the upcoming 2027 presidential election. Yari made this statement while in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, alongside President Tinubu and other notable Nigerians participating in the lesser Hajj, Umrah.

Yari highlighted President Tinubu's unwavering faith in God, his outstanding performance record, and the strength of the APC campaign organization as key factors that would sway voters in Tinubu's favor. He emphasized, "I believe that Allah's wish in His court must prevail. And there's no other God but Allah. Allah is the only one who can define a human being, what he will be, and what he will become."

This belief in divine intervention defines a true leader, according to Yari, as the person must first pray for the country, its citizens, and the election outcome.

Yari concluded by stating that it is ultimately up to Allah to decide the fate of the election, as He did for Tinubu in 2023. By invoking God's grace and showcasing the accomplishments and achievements of the past term, the APC aims to convince Nigerians to re-elect President Tinubu once again.
