2027: Soludo inaugurates Tinubu campaign council in Anambra

Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo has officially launched Bola Tinubu's presidential campaign council in the region. The council, made up of members from the All Progressives Grand Alliance and the All Progressives Congress, aims to unite both parties in supporting Tinubu's re-election in 2027. Soludo urged the council members to focus on grassroots mobilization from the local level, emphasizing that aligning with the Federal Government benefits the South-East politically and economically.

The inauguration ceremony at the International Convention Centre in Awka included representatives from all 21 local government areas of Anambra, as well as former and serving members of the National Assembly and state House of Assembly. Soludo encouraged the South-East to join the progressive movement and stressed the importance of collaboration with the Federal Government to maintain the region's relevance in national politics.

He called for everyone in the region to unite behind Tinubu and emphasized that voting for the President is crucial for the South-East's progress and development. Soludo also praised Tinubu's economic reforms, attributing Anambra's infrastructural development, increased federal allocations, and economic stability to his initiatives.
