Saudi Arabia Introduces Same-Day Visa Processing for Pakistanis

Saudi Arabia has introduced same-day visa processing for Pakistani citizens at its embassy in Islamabad, according to a report by ProPakistani. The move comes after discussions between Saudi Arabia’s newly appointed ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Rajeh bin Tami Al-Baqami, and Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik, who also invited the Saudi Vice Minister of Mining, Khalid al-Mudafier, to attend the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum in Islamabad on November 12 and 13.

Both countries have agreed to expand cooperation in oil storage, refinery upgrades, energy supplies, and minerals, highlighting their longstanding defence and strategic partnership as a foundation for broader regional peace, stability, and economic cooperation.
