The Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, is set to inaugurate a new car-free food walk in Karachi on November 1, according to ARY News. The revamped food walk is located in Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society (SMCHS), a traditional food street, and will provide visitors with an organized environment to enjoy food and evening walks.
Vehicles will not be allowed in the area between 6pm and 2am to ensure a traffic-free environment for families and visitors. The food walk will offer a range of culinary options, including traditional Pakistani dishes, barbecue, Chinese cuisine, fast food, ice cream, and shakes. The project, overseen by Chanesar Town administration, aims to transform the area into a safe, family-friendly recreational destination where residents can spend quality time with loved ones.
