Google is giving Gemini’s overlay a literal sparkle on your Android phone
You can finally see the new Gemini design on your Android phone.
Google is rolling out a fresh Gemini overlay animation to all Android devices, giving the AI assistant an ethereal, sparkling appearance. This new design is part of a broader Google app update, as the tech giant continues to experiment with innovative animations for its various features. The redesign incorporates Google's Neural Expressive design language, featuring the shimmering effects and tiny dots encircling the "Ask Gemini" text box.
Users no longer have to purchase a new Pixel device to enjoy this updated Gemini design, as it is now accessible to all Android users.
