Fantasy Football Week 8 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Matthew Golden vs. A.J. Brown
Evaluating who to play in fantasy football this week between Packers WR Matthew Golden and Patriots WR A.J. Brown.
Two wide receivers, Green Bay Packers' Matthew Golden and New England Patriots' A.J. Brown, are both considered top performers in fantasy football for the remainder of 2026. However, both players had disappointing performances in Week 7. Golden had six receptions for 39 yards against the Detroit Lions, while Brown had three receptions for 48 yards against the Chicago Bears.
In Week 8, Golden will face the Carolina Panthers, who are allowing the sixth-fewest passing yards per game (195.7), while Brown will play against the 1-5 Miami Dolphins, who allow 227.5 passing yards per game. Considering their recent performances and upcoming opponents, Golden should start while Brown should sit in fantasy football lineups for Week 8.
