Celine Dion’s former Florida mansion in Jupiter has sold for $12.5 million in an off-market deal. Built for the singer in 1998, the waterfront property was sold by her for $9 million in 2002. The 14,750-square-foot luxury home features eight bedrooms, a private dock, a swimming pool and a lavish home theatre. It was listed for $20 million earlier this year.
