‘Real Madrid play to win the league!’ – Jose Mourinho fires warning to Barcelona despite dramatic Clasico victory

Jose Mourinho has cautioned his Real Madrid players to stay focused on winning the Liga title after their dramatic 2-1 victory over Barcelona. The Portuguese coach insists that while Kylian Mbappe's late heroics secured a crucial win, the team's ultimate objective remains the league championship. With five consecutive victories across all competitions, Mourinho is determined to maintain his squad's concentration for the remainder of the domestic season.

Despite the high-quality match between the two giants, Mourinho emphasized that today's win doesn't guarantee success against their next rival, Racing Santander. The French forward opened the scoring in a fortunate manner, while Raphinha equalized for Barcelona. Mbappe then sealed the victory in the 87th minute, finishing a counter-attack after a precise pass from Eduardo Camavinga.
