Make sure the name on the badge matches the government-issued ID. Lost badges incur a $45 reprint fee. Verify registration details and update them if necessary. Exchange tickets only once, paying the price difference if upgrading, but not receiving a refund if downgrading. Each badge is for one individual, and ID checks occur at registration and conference doors. Locate your ticket via the confirmation email or contact support if needed.
