Bruins vs. Sharks Score, Live Updates, Highlights From NHL Game
NESN will provide live coverage of Saturday's game between the Bruins and Sharks.
The Boston Bruins will face the San Jose Sharks at TD Garden on Saturday, hoping to build on their recent winning streak. The Bruins have claimed six of their last seven games, defeating the Sharks in a 6-2 contest last Thursday. San Jose's goaltender, Yaroslav Askarov, registered 41 saves in that victory.
During Saturday's match, Bruins defenseman Fraser Minten scored twice, playing a key role in the team's effort. However, Minten also received a minor penalty for tripping in the opening seconds of the game. The Sharks entered the contest after a win over the Senators, with goaltender Alex Nedeljkovic making notable saves to keep the Bruins from scoring early on.
The game began with fast-paced play and aggressive tactics, with both teams showcasing a physical style of hockey. Bruins forward Michael Misa tied the game at 1-1 early in the second period, capitalizing on a power play opportunity. Despite the intensity, the Bruins and Sharks remained locked in a competitive battle until the final moments of the match.
