1 Killed, 11 Injured as Russia Strikes Dnipropetrovsk Region Nearly 70 Times
Russian forces struck four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 70 times on Friday, Oct. 23, killing one person and wounding 11. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha, Dnipro faced the brunt of the attack, with a private house destroyed and a body recovered from the rubble.
