For the Eastern Conference, Charlotte FC can secure a playoff spot with a win or draw against Portland or a draw against Columbus and Toronto. Philadelphia Union also has a path to the playoffs, needing a win against New England or a draw against New England alongside a draw against New York and a draw against Columbus. Columbus is another team with a playoff possibility, requiring a draw against Toronto or a loss against Miami.

On the Western side, LAFC can clinch a playoff berth with a win or draw against LA or a draw against LA after a loss or draw against Houston. Seattle Sounders FC require a win against San Diego, a loss or draw against Houston, a loss or draw against St. Louis, and a loss or draw against Portland for a playoff spot, alongside LAFC needing a loss or draw against LA.
