Get an exclusive first look at Cyberpunk TCG: Edgerunners: Burn Bright, featuring cards for Maine and Falco, an all-new rarity tier, and a Spring 2027 launch.
Cyberpunk TCG, the popular trading card game, announced the forthcoming release of the second set, titled "Edgerunners: Burn Bright," set to roll out in Spring 2027. This new expansion aims to bring the beloved Netflix anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners to life through a unique card game experience. While the specifics of the set's contents remain undisclosed, the team has teased some exciting additions, including artwork featuring characters Maine and Falco from the anime.
Maine, a prominent member of the crew that David, the protagonist of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, eventually joins, sports an artwork with his signature red shades and the title "Badass Shades." While the specifics of his card are yet to be shared, based on the name, it's likely to be a Gear card – a type of card that can be equipped to a Unit or Legend to provide a boost.
Another character from Maine's and David's crew, Falco, is also featured in the artwork reveal. Falco, known for his getaway driving skills and signature mustache, is depicted as "Falco Hang on Tight!" The artwork, which merges with the anime's aesthetic, has generated excitement among fans.
Burn Bright will also introduce an "all-new chase rarity," adding to the collector-friendly aspects of Cyberpunk TCG. The full retail launch of the introductory set, "Welcome to Night City," is scheduled for November 6, 2026, with pre-release events planned for the weekend prior.
