Shroud mushrooms are crucial crafting materials in Enshrouded, yet they pose a challenge to locate. The secret lies in ascending, not descending; shroud mushrooms are not among the colorful mushrooms that flourish in ordinary forests. Here's an additional tip: equip an axe.

Shroud mushrooms exclusively flourish in the Revelwood region. As the name implies, they manifest only in shrouded zones. An optimal site to harvest shroud mushrooms is to the southeast of the Ancient Spire in Revelwood. Descend and land in the Shroud south of the Gloomsbury Keep for a relatively secure gathering area. Should enemy encounters become overwhelming or your shroud time expire, follow the path southwest to exit the Shroud. The arrow on the accompanying map indicates the Shroud's exit point.

Shroud mushrooms resemble oversized regular mushrooms. They typically flourish in clusters of one to three stems and emit a subtle green glow from beneath their caps. To obtain them, you must wield an axe to cut them down. Afterward, you can collect five to twelve shroud mushroom pieces. Among other uses, your newly acquired Enshrouded shroud mushrooms can be utilized to craft goo, alchemical base, and several armor pieces.
