Russian Drone Strikes Park in Kharkiv Region, Leaves Infant and 2 Women Dead, 14 Wounded
Russian forces struck a crowded park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv region with a drone on Monday, Oct. 19, killing two women and an infant in a stroller. Fourteen people, including seven children, were wounded. Prosecutors have opened a war crimes investigation into the attack, as deliberately targeting civilians constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law.
