Kort Payments to buy AptPay

KORT Payments ("KORT"), a specialized omnichannel payments provider, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of AptPay Inc. ("AptPay"), a Toronto-based payments technology company specializing in real-time payments and payment orchestration. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
