Apple is set to unveil major new products during their "Pro and tell" event on October 28. The star of the event is expected to be a new MacBook Pro, which is rumored to be a higher-end option rather than a replacement for the current models. The iPad mini is also rumored to receive a significant update, featuring an OLED display and an improved A20 Pro chip from the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo.
The front-facing camera is rumored to be moved for better landscape use and the device will have better water resistance and a more powerful speaker system. Apple is also expected to release a refreshed iMac with the new M6 chip, featuring a 12-core CPU, 12-core GPU, and a Dual 16-core Neural Engine. Additionally, there is an announcement for a new entry-level MacBook Pro with the M6 chip and a refreshed color option for the iMac.
