Video captures Tiger Shroff escaping in car after assassination bid in Mumbai's Juhu

A video has emerged capturing Tiger Shroff swiftly maneuvering to the driver's seat following an assassination attempt in Mumbai's Juhu area on Sunday evening. The footage, purportedly taken by an onlooker, shows the actor quickly entering the car and shutting the door before driving off. The video abruptly concludes thereafter.

Three individuals, comprising Tiger Shroff's driver and an autorickshaw driver, sustained injuries during the incident, as reported by the police. Tiger himself sustained minor abrasions, according to sources at Nanavati Hospital. DCP Mohit Kumar Garg confirmed that the incident occurred around 7:00 PM when unknown assailants came to the location and opened fire on Shroff as he was returning from a private event. He emphasized that the actor remained unharmed, with no gunshot injuries sustained.

The police identified Firdaus, the actor's driver, who suffered an injury to his hand, while autorickshaw driver Umesh Chavan was admitted to Cooper Hospital with a gunshot wound to his chest. Chavan's condition was reported as stable, with no immediate danger. The Mumbai Police have mobilized multiple teams to investigate the firing incident involving the actor, with forensic teams conducting preliminary analyses. Further details will be shared as more information becomes available.

The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the attack, releasing a voice note warning that anyone in the Mumbai film industry who disobeys its warnings or works with actor Salman Khan would be the next target. However, the Mumbai Police have not confirmed any association between the gang and the attack.
