The Al-Muhafazat Real Estate Company, backed by the Center for Support and Liquidation (Infath) and the Enforcement Court, has announced that ten prime real estate properties located in key areas of Makkah will be auctioned online from October 19-21, 2026. The auction will be conducted on the Infath platform, running from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.

The assets up for bid are spread across exceptional locations in Makkah, including Ajyad Al-Sad on King Abdulaziz Road, Al-Masfalah, Al-Aziziyah, Qurtubah on Al-Hajj Street, Al-Aziziyah, a corner mountain residential land, a residential building in Al-Aziziyah, a corner residential villa, residential lands, a residential building in Makkah, and agricultural land on the Madinah–Makkah highway.
