Real Madrid cruise past Sevilla ahead of El Clasico
Kylian Mbappe's brilliant double helped Real Madrid prepare for next week's El Clasico with a 4-1 triumph over Sevilla at the Bernabeu. The France striker finished off a fine team move in style to double Real's lead in the 37th minute after Arda Guler put the hosts ahead with a curling strike on the half hour.
Real Madrid secured a comfortable 4-1 victory over Sevilla at the Bernabeu, setting the stage for their upcoming El Clasico against Barcelona. Kylian Mbappe was the star of the show, netting a brace, including a stunning Panenka penalty, while Arda Guler opened the scoring and Manu Bueno scored a consolation goal for Sevilla. The win marks a significant boost for Real Madrid ahead of their crucial European week, which includes a Champions League clash against RB Leipzig on Wednesday and a LaLiga showdown with title contenders Barcelona on Sunday.
