Adrien Rabiot and Mario Gila expressed frustration after Milan's 3-2 win over Atalanta, as they nearly squandered a 3-0 lead. The Rossoneri dominated for 65 minutes, but their disjointed play in the second half led to Atalanta's comeback goals from Gianluca Gaetano and Nikola Krstovic. Rabiot stated, "We did very well in the first half, then strangely we lost control of the game," voicing his disappointment at not deserving the victory.
Gila added, "We had dominated for 65 minutes, but then we tried to move the ball around too hastily, we lacked patience and lost control of the match." Despite Milan's unbeaten start to the season, the defensive struggles remain a concern.
