Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Collector Gowda Reviews Grishneshwar Temple Development Works

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: District Collector Vinay Gowda GC conducted an inspection of the ongoing development works surrounding the Shri Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple in Ellora, with the aim of boosting tourism. The Collector emphasized the importance of high-quality construction and prompt completion of the projects. Representatives from various departments were present during the inspection, including officers from the Habitat Trust, police officials, and representatives from local administrative bodies.

Gowda closely examined the 'Bhakta Niwas' (pilgrim accommodation) currently under construction, as well as the facilities being developed to cater to the needs of devotees. He issued instructions to the relevant officials regarding cleanliness in the temple area, planning of the road and marketplace, traffic management, maintenance of the riverfront, and overall infrastructure development around the temple complex.

The Collector stressed the need for enhanced facilities for devotees, reduced waiting time for darshan, and a well-organized temple premises.
