Brandon Flowers Debuts Song From Another New Solo Album And A Coral Cover In Bristol

Brandon Flowers, frontman of the band Killers, debuted a song from his upcoming solo album Thrasher during a performance in Bristol. The song, titled "A Good Man Is Hard To Find," draws its name from Flannery O'Connor's short story of the same name. This adds to a growing list of artists, including Bruce Springsteen and Sufjan Stevens, who have also written songs inspired by O'Connor's work.

During his set, Flowers revealed that the period he spent creating Thrasher in Nashville was "a real fruitful time" for him. He also announced that he had written and recorded two albums, with the second one set to release in 2027. The performance included a cover of The Coral's "Dreaming Of You."
