Ballon d'Or 2026: 'He's one of them' - PSG's Zabarnyi names player who deserves award

Paris Saint-Germain defender Ilya Zabarnyi has expressed his belief that Ousmane Dembele is one of the players who deserves to win the upcoming Ballon d'Or award. Speaking at a post-match interview following PSG's 3-1 victory over Strasbourg in Ligue 1, the 24-year-old Ukrainian defender highlighted that his fellow teammates also have strong claims to the prestigious accolade.

Zabarnyi's endorsement of Dembele, who won the Ballon d'Or last year ahead of Barcelona's Lamine Yamal, underscores the high regard in which the PSG forward is held by his teammates.
