As she and her friends attempt to break the curse, paranoia ensues, making every moment tense and nerve-wracking. Its slow build-up and ever-present threat ensure a gripping, sleep-inducing watch.

2. Smile: Another must-watch for horror enthusiasts, Smile features a therapist named Rose who becomes ensnared in a supernatural curse following a patient's suicide. As strange occurrences plague her, Rose grapples with memories she can't recall, leading to a terrifying climax. The film's clever twists and unsettling atmosphere make it a perfect addition to any horror movie night.

3. Sinister: Ethan Hawke stars as Ellison, a true-crime writer who stumbles upon a box of disturbing home movies while settling into a new home.
