Livestreamers Film Themselves Using Humanoid Robot to Sexually Assault Teen Girl, Prompting Police to Seize the Bot

Cologne police have seized a humanoid robot after livestreamers Agaamuza and his friends used it to sexually harass a 16-year-old girl. According to the police, the robot allegedly touched the girl on the buttocks and performed thrusting motions against her. The livestreams, broadcast on Twitch, captured the entire incident. Agaamuza, the robot's 16-year-old owner, has been filming his antics with the robot for weeks, often dressed in ridiculous outfits.

The robot, nicknamed Ahmed, was part of a series of incidents where it would unexpectedly touch or hump unsuspecting women in public. The police are investigating how the robot was controlled during these incidents, though it's clear that human operators were behind the robot's actions. This case is just one of many examples of men using new technology to harass women, following similar incidents involving Meta smart glasses and "pick up artist" influencers.
