Battlefield 6 Devs Respond After Players Take Aim at 'Secuty' Typo and Cosmetic With 5 Pistols
The Battlefield 6 team has responded after players took aim at a few controversial cosmetics added in Season 5.
The Battlefield 6 team addressed fan concerns over two controversial cosmetics added in Season 5. The team took to its official Discord server to provide background on the issues. One of the items featured a typo in the word "security" on a McNeil skin armband, which the developers assured would be fixed when Season 5 launches in November.
The other cosmetic, the Midnight Mirage skin, featured five pistol holsters, which the team said was an intentional design choice to nod to over-the-top action movie tropes. The team acknowledged the concerns, promising to tighten quality control processes and to keep an eye on community response to future cosmetic designs.
