6,724 pegawai KKM terima pemangkuan, naik pangkat

The Ministry of Health announced the promotion and grade upgrades of 6,724 Ministry of Health (KKM) officials from various service schemes to the Senior Sector Executive (JUSA) and grades 10 to 15 by the Public Service Promotion Board (LKPPA) on October 13th. This decision is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to recognize the commitment, dedication, and achievements of KKM officials in ensuring the smooth operation and success of healthcare services to the public.

The promotion aligns with the improvement of career advancement pathways under the Public Sector Personnel System (SSPA), introducing the Criteria for Exceptional Promotion without Job Cancellation for KKM Health Teacher Service Scheme. This recognition provides KKM officials involved with better career advancement opportunities, stated KKM.

Furthermore, KKM acknowledges the appreciation for the service and sacrifice of four KKM officials who served as Air Ambulance Doctor (PDU) members and died in a helicopter accident while performing their duties on September 8th. As a mark of appreciation for their service and dedication, these four officials were granted posthumous promotions.

KKM believes that such recognition will contribute to continued success and strengthen the spirit of KKM officials to jointly realize the quality, affordable, and responsive national health system aspirations, according to KKM. KKM will continue to explore and implement improvement measures to ensure that the welfare and career development of KKM officials are always given the necessary attention.
