Ekta Kapoor's one-word reaction, "Winner," to Qazi Touqeer's clarification of a 20-year-old misunderstanding has taken social media by storm. The comment, posted alongside a video of their 2005 conversation, quickly silenced the narrative that Qazi had disrespected the producer. Bigg Boss 20 contestant Qazi Touqeer recently opened up about turning down a television offer from Ekta Kapoor when he was just 20 years old.
Qazi recalled meeting Ekta after winning Fame Gurukul and expressing his gratitude for the opportunity. However, he explained that he declined the offer because he had already signed a contract for a film at the time. The media later portrayed him negatively, suggesting he had ditched Ekta for a bigger opportunity. Despite the false narrative, Qazi insists he respected Ekta and never intended to disrespect or ditch her.
