Will Stein does media tour following LSU win
National media outlets showered Stein with questions after last week’s big win as he continues to promote UK Football.
Following Kentucky's 35-34 overtime victory over LSU, head coach Will Stein embarked on a media tour to promote the team. Stein appeared on various national media outlets, including Barstool’s Brandon Walker College Football Show, On3’s Andy & Ari, and SportsCenter with Michael Eaves. The win propelled Kentucky back into the top 25, ranking No. 15 in the nation.
Stein praised his players for their execution, stating, "It really is wild to win back-to-back games with the exact same score, getting the ball second in overtime and going for two both times." He also highlighted the incredible support from the fanbase, calling them "incredible" and expressing his gratitude for their unwavering support.
Stein emphasized that while the program has achieved great success, there is still much work to be done, as they look ahead to their next game against Oklahoma.
