Trump calls Ukraine’s renewed strikes on Russian oil refineries a ‘disgrace’

US President Donald Trump has denounced Ukraine's recent strikes on Russian oil refineries as a "disgrace," while also criticizing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for abandoning a ceasefire. The energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine collapsed after Ukraine abruptly ended it, according to Trump. In an interview with Newsmax, Trump stated, "All he's doing is making the world oil price higher.

European leaders, including EU Council president António Costa and Commission president Ursula von der Leyen, have reaffirmed their support for Ukraine, vowing to impose more sanctions on Russia until it ends the conflict.
