Sixers to waive Saint Thomas, Duke Miles ahead of preseason finale
The Philadelphia 76ers will waive Saint Thomas and Duke Miles ahead of the preseason finale on Friday.
The Philadelphia 76ers are set to waive two players prior to their preseason finale, moving closer to the NBA standard of 15 players with 3 on two-ways. According to team reporter Matt Murphy, the roster reductions involve Saint Thomas and Duke Miles, who were on Exhibit 10 deals. It is expected that both players will join the team's G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.
The Sixers recently announced they will sign Cris Carroll and Taye Fields to Exhibit 10 deals, continuing their roster reshuffling as the preseason schedule nears its end. The team's season-opening matches will feature games against the Boston Celtics at home and the defending champion Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
