Ranbir Kapoor leases luxury apartment in Pune for Rs 1.75 crore over three years

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has leased his extravagant 6,094-square-foot apartment at Trump Towers in Pune for three years, generating an estimated rental income of Rs 1.75 crore. The initial monthly rent is set at Rs 4.63 lakh, with a 5% annual increase. The lease, registered on October 6, 2023, began on September 20, 2026, and will conclude on September 19, 2029.

The agreement includes three covered parking spaces and a security deposit of Rs 27.78 lakh, equivalent to six months' rent. Ranbir purchased the property in 2015 for over Rs 11 crore. The actor is also involved in other real estate investments, including recent acquisitions in Pimpri and Ayodhya, and a leased Mumbai apartment. Ranbir Kapoor is currently set to star in the film 'Ramayana: Part 1', directed by Nitesh Tiwari, opposite Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
