Pokémon Reveals New 'Holiday Helper’ Plush Collection With a Christmas Tree Pikachu and Clodsire Sled

Pokémon has unveiled a fresh line of "Holiday Helper" plush toys. The company announced the collection via their social media channels. The teaser shows five holiday-themed Pikachu plushies in various sizes, including one Pikachu accompanied by a Clodsire sled. An official blog post from the Japanese Pokémon website provided a closer look at the new toys, confirming that the collection will be available for purchase at Pokémon Center locations on October 24.

In the U.S., fans can expect the new plushies to become available "soon" through Pokémon Centers. The biggest plush in the image is a large Pikachu dressed in a full Christmas tree outfit, featuring a star atop his head. Smaller Pikachu plushies, which appear to be keychains, have Pikachu Electric types donning Santa hats. A sleepy Pikachu is holding a cookie, while a cutesy Pikachu is snow-covered.

One Pikachu is even shown riding a Porygon. While the announcement lacks details on sizing or pricing, PokéCenter generally sells the smaller plushies between 4 to 8 inches tall, often at a price lower than $20. The largest Pikachu plush, resembling a Squishmallow, might measure up to 16 or even 20 inches in height. The official Pokémon Center has previously sold Squishmallows for $29.99, while their own larger plushies can cost up to $79.99.

It remains to be seen if these Pikachu plushies (and Clodsire) are the complete Holiday Helpers collection or if more Pokémon will be featured in future releases. The official Pokémon Center already boasts a vast array of Pokémon merchandise, including ongoing collections like the Holiday Village figurines and the beloved Pokémon plushies.

Fans can anticipate new additions to these collections each holiday season, along with regular merch drops throughout the year.
