Vale’s New York shares fell 1.44% to US$13.02 on Thursday 15 October as Rio Tinto dropped 1.14% and BHP 0.43%, while Brazil’s Ibovespa fell 1.06%.
The LIT lithium fund fell 1.22% to US$65.57 on Thursday 15 October as Chile’s SQM slid 1.90% and Albemarle edged up 0.21%.
The SLX steel fund slipped 0.68% to US$101.76 on Thursday 15 October as Ternium fell 2.85% and Gerdau 2.32%, while ArcelorMittal rose 1.78%.
The USO oil fund rose 2.44% to US$157.31 on Thursday 15 October while Petrobras’s New York shares fell 2.47% and Exxon Mobil 1.32%.
The SOYB soybean fund slipped 0.92% to US$26.94 on Thursday 15 October as the corn fund fell 0.38% and the wheat fund 0.49%.
