Macklins have established themselves at the forefront of the OCP Premier League Season 2, leading Division One with 18 points after a convincing 7-2 victory. Other teams have also made a strong start, with O’Dea’s Irish Bar securing both their opening matches, Nordic Breeze Vikings claiming their first victory in a close 5-4 win, and The Players Lounge leading Division Two with 18 points following an impressive 8-1 away win.
Despite the early success, the league remains competitive, with Macklins Megas remaining unbeaten and Cheers B recording the week’s biggest result with a 9-0 whitewash. The season is far from over, and there is still plenty of room for surprise results.
