JazzFi Reaches 11 Million Users as Customers Embrace Enhanced Calling Experience

Jazz, Pakistan's leading connectivity provider, has achieved a significant milestone with 11 million users adopting its Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) service, JazzFi. This development underscores the increasing customer preference for enhanced calling experiences through Wi-Fi networks. Launched in July 2023, JazzFi was the first mobile operator in Pakistan to offer direct Wi-Fi-enabled calls to both mobile and landline numbers.

The service allows users to make and receive calls using their existing mobile numbers over Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for a separate application. This feature proves particularly beneficial in areas with weak or unstable cellular signals, ensuring consistent call quality and connectivity while enabling simultaneous voice and data usage.
