An Israeli settlement group has announced the establishment of a new settlement located near Gaza City, urging the Israeli government to approve its relocation to the northern part of the Strip. The group, known as Nachala, posted a video of the overnight operation on their social media account, stating, "While You Slept: We Established a New Settlement Tonight Facing the City of Gaza."
The group claims that this operation was carried out with over 700 participants, including bereaved families, injured war veterans, rabbis, and public figures. The new settlement, named "Pioneers of Gaza," includes infrastructure and buildings adjacent to the border fence, overlooking Gaza City. The group asserts that Gaza is an inseparable part of the Land of Israel, and only through territorial acquisition and settlement can the enemy experience a clear sense of defeat.
