Inter Miami has secured a place in the MLS playoffs following a convincing 2-0 victory over New York City FC. The team's 52 points now stand tall, with six games remaining in the regular season. Germán Berterame opened the scoring for Inter Miami through a swift passing sequence, while Rodrigo De Paul added a second goal, assisted by Lionel Messi.
Miami maintained a perfect record with two consecutive shutouts, and the defensive partnership of Casemiro and Micael has become increasingly significant as the season draws to a close.
