Dhule: Jaykumar Rawal Calls For Equal Rights, Dignity And Opportunities For Women

In Dhule, Jaykumar Rawal emphasized the need for women to receive equal rights, dignity, and opportunities. Rawal, the Marketing and Protocol Minister and District Guardian Minister, spoke at a convention for women farmers organized by the Agriculture Department, Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Dhule, and Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK).

Women play a vital role in agriculture, acting as the backbone and true strength that sustains families during crises. Rawal highlighted that women endure challenges without losing courage and deserve equal opportunities, financial independence, and respect. He expressed confidence that with the right opportunities, women could drive the development of families and entire villages, and urged the nation to ensure women are equal partners in progress.

District Collector Bhagyashree Vispute stressed that women's contributions to agriculture should not go unnoticed and advocated for tangible improvements in their lives. She encouraged women to communicate their needs and challenges to the administration, assuring her willingness to engage in discussions at any time. The event brought together officials like MLA Manjula Gavit, Krishi Vigyan Kendra senior scientist Dr Dinesh Nandre, and Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry Dr Girish Patil, alongside other representatives, underscoring the importance of empowering women with opportunities, respect, and economic strength for rural development.
