Woman seeks $250 refund after $350 deep clean left home dirty
Michigan woman Kimberly Kemper is seeking a $250 refund after paying $350 for a deep clean. She says dishes, walls and baseboards were left dirty and the cleaner failed to return for a promised re-clean. Business owner Cecilia Bodart offered a $100 refund, apologised for poor communication and maintained the work warranted payment.
