VIDEO: Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Blushes As Teammates Tease Him After PM Modi Praises Young Athletes

New Delhi, October 15: Following India's success at the Asian Games 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted and honored the country's athletes. During the event, a heartwarming moment involving 15-year-old cricket sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi garnered significant attention and went viral on social media. In his address, the Prime Minister praised the remarkable achievement of young athletes representing the nation.

Vaibhav's reaction to the Prime Minister's praise was captured on camera, as the entire Indian team began teasing him in a light-hearted manner. The video quickly circulated online, showcasing the camaraderie and warmth within the team. Prime Minister Modi praised the young athletes, stating, "This time in the Asian Games, there were many players on Team India whose age was only 15 to 17 years.

At such a young age, these players have brought pride to the country with their spectacular performances and won the hearts of our citizens. This shows that age is no barrier to success."

Despite the Prime Minister not naming Vaibhav specifically, the cameras quickly focused on the young cricket prodigy. His teammates, sensing the praise was directed at him, playfully nudged and teased Vaibhav, grinning and looking at him from all sides. A visibly shy Vaibhav attempted to maintain his composure but couldn't resist breaking into a blushing smile as his teammates continued to engage with him in a good-natured manner.
